RBW is K-POP Contents Production Company established by producer Kim Do Hoon who is a hit song composer, and CEO Kim Jin Woo who is music business executive officer. Based on our own creative 'Artist Incubating System', we develop and service K-POP related products such as Domestic and Foreign Artist & Contents Production with OEM system, Exclusive Artist Production (MAMAMOO, Basick, Yangpa etc.), Domestic and Overseas Broadcasting Program Planning & Production, K-POP Educational Training Program & Tour operation and so on.

K-POP Educational Training Program 'Dream Withus' is new version of global artist training & experiencing program, that participants can experience the whole process being debut. It is opened for all aspiring artists to be a singer, dancer, entertainer and tourists visiting Korea from around the world.

2 types of programs are prepared; 'K-POP Trainee Experiencing Program' that is proceeded at the practice room where actual RBW exclusive artists and trainees really use, and 'Audition Experiencing Program' that enables to participate in Korea Entertainments' united audition following customized one-point lesson for audition song.
