Korean tourist police is allotted at the popular tourist spots for foreigners, such as Myeongdong, Itaewon, Dongdaemun, and Insadong, and is providing services for crime prevention to foreign visitors by preventing crime in those tourist spots, maintaining public order, controlling any illegal actions towards tourists, and handling any inconveniences for tourism.
