1) A voucher for the air ticket will be delivered by e-mail in form of PDF file,

so make sure you provide exact name in your passport. ​

Please remember that your voucher for air ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

2) A voucher for accomodation and prepaid card for duty free will be delivered via EMS or DHL.
